MyBela.ai Health Disclaimer
Effective date: October 30, 2026
MyBela.ai is provided by MYBELA.AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L26000545067). Please read this disclaimer before you use the MyBela.ai apps, the mybela.ai website or any health library article. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Not medical advice
MyBela.ai is a wellness and education tool. Nothing in the Service, including food logs, calorie ranges, cycle predictions, the deficiency-risk quiz, Insights, AI answers and health library articles, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified doctor, dietitian or other health professional. MyBela.ai is not a medical device and has not been reviewed or approved as one by any regulator.
Emergencies
Do not use MyBela.ai in an emergency. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital straight away. Never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read or were told in the Service.
Food and calorie estimates
Food and calorie figures are estimates. They are based on food composition data, typical recipes and the portions and oil you tell us about, and real values vary with how a dish is cooked and served. Calorie targets are general guidance. They are not a diet prescription and may not suit people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder or another medical condition, or who take medicines. Speak to a doctor or dietitian before you make big changes to how you eat.
Cycle tracking
Cycle predictions, fertile window estimates and patterns are based on what you log and are only estimates. Cycles vary. Do not use MyBela.ai as contraception or as the only way to plan or avoid a pregnancy. See a doctor if your periods are very irregular, painful or heavy, or if you have any symptom that worries you.
Deficiency-risk quiz
The quiz shows possible patterns from your answers. It cannot tell you whether you have a deficiency or any condition. Results are not a diagnosis. Where a result points to a possible nutrient issue, we suggest you speak to a doctor and, where relevant, get a blood test.
Iron in particular: MyBela.ai will never tell you to start iron supplements based on a quiz result. Iron needs and risks differ from person to person, and conditions that are common in Bangladesh, such as thalassemia trait, can make extra iron harmful. If a result suggests low iron, the next step is a confirmatory blood test with a doctor before taking any supplement.
AI-generated answers
Private Q&A and Insights are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they do not know your full medical history. Check anything important with a qualified professional.
Health library and sources
Health library articles are short plain-language summaries for general education. They link to public sources such as WHO, CDC and NHS, which remain the owners of their content. Guidance changes over time, so always check the linked source and ask your doctor about your own situation. Content is not tailored to you.
Supplements and products
Any mention of a nutrient, food or product is for information only and is not a recommendation to buy or take it. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a health condition.
Results and responsibility
We do not promise any health result, weight change or outcome. You use the Service at your own judgment and risk, to the fullest extent the law allows. See Section 11 and 12 of our Terms of Service for the full disclaimers and limits of liability.
