Delete Your MyBela.ai Account

You can delete your MyBela.ai account and the data linked to it in either of two ways.

1. How to delete

In the app: open Settings, tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm.

Without the app or through Instagram: email contact@mybela.ai from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my MyBela.ai account". If you joined our waitlist through Instagram, include your Instagram username. We may ask you to confirm it is you.

2. Before you delete

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription there first. Deleting your account does not cancel it.

If you want a copy of your data, ask for it first. Deletion cannot be undone.

3. What happens to your data

What we delete: your profile, body measurements and goals, food, cycle and mood logs, quiz answers and results, AI chat history, notification settings, and your Instagram waitlist record (Instagram ID, username and waitlist status).

What we may keep: payment and tax records the law requires us to keep, security and fraud-prevention logs, and de-identified, aggregated data that cannot identify you.

How long it takes: we delete or de-identify your data within 30 days. Backup copies are cleared within 90 days.

4. Smaller options

You can delete single entries, switch off cycle tracking or mood logging, or turn off reminders without deleting your account.
